With a very long career in aviation, I quit as the V.P. Of Quality with Barfield and came back to Arizona in April 2019 to team up with David Gilbert and build Earp Aviation from the ground up. It has been a very successful adventure as we placed 73rd on the Inc 5000 in 2024 for fastest growing companies in the country. We have also won 3 consecutive awards as a Top 100 company in the City of Chandler and in the past 2 years have won the Top Shop award for the best wheel and brake shop. This success was possible due to the excellent support team that Earp Aviation has in place.
